　　终日沉溺于声色犬马的中年男老板周浩，为了追求真爱不惜抛下妻女和小三苏晓在一起。离婚后，周浩的前妻带着女儿搬到老式的出租屋，迫于生活的压力，不得不辛苦工作。然而周浩的新生活也并不顺畅，他离婚后一直觉得很亏欠妻女，于是不停的补贴她们，导致了苏晓整天疑神疑鬼。矛盾不断激发，夹在两个女人中间的周浩到底会做出怎样的选择?

本片以2020年1月份的武汉为背景，一个剧组计划恢复拍摄一部停拍了十年的电影，但随着城市因疫情被封锁，他们则要面临着意想不到的挑战。

根据山田贵敏的同名漫画改编的《Dr. coto诊疗所》，是以偏僻的离岛为舞台，通过从东京赴任的外科医生“Dr. coto”五岛健助与岛上的人们之间的关系，描绘生命的珍贵的医疗电视剧。时隔16年的续篇，将继续讲述与岛上的人们一起生活的五岛的新故事。

　　故事发生在1900年，美国人马修是一个神枪手，为了一则招募神枪手的广告他跋涉了三个月来到澳大利亚，途中还顺便解救了一位把他错认为是男友的姑娘“疯狂”考娜。他们来到了马斯顿农场，却发现农场主马斯顿的雇佣他的目的是要让他射杀当地的土著人。愤怒的马修把马斯顿扔出房间，却被农场的打手们打的不省人事。然后又和考娜一起被扔到丛林中让他们自生自灭。二人被土著人救起。但得知了消息的马斯顿随即高价悬赏马休的人头，并派出手下追杀他们。面对马斯顿的嚣张和土著人的善良，认真起来的马修和考娜二人的报复同样冷酷而残忍。

　　主人公李解拿自己的传家龙坠向女友小朵求婚，却被倒卖古玩的安森盯上。几次偷抢未果后，安森绑架李解女友，并威胁李解要交出龙坠，李解智斗坏人抱得美人归。

Throughout the day he forges IDs with just a brush, some ink and a steady hand - and saves the lives of many others. His talent puts him in more and more danger, though, and at some point Cioma's only hope to survive is a last forged ID - with his own name on it.
