　　第一集：马达加斯加
　　6千万年前，随着一小群灵长类动物的到来，马达加斯加便成为了狐猴的天堂。多变的地质环境和气候，造就了狐猴的基础家族，并通过一系列变异，使狐猴的种类增加到了100种。
　　第二集：巴西塞拉多草原
　　巴西的塞拉多是一个广袤的草原，这里的生命是以密切的关系和同步的生命周期定义的。极端的气候，已经使塞拉多成为一个演变的剧场，这里的动物们都有显著的本领、独特的外形和不寻常的习惯：食肉动物吃蚂蚁，狼吃水果，燕子在白蚁穴上造窝，猴子像人类一样行走……
