异形浩劫

　　二战末期，日本首都东京受到连日轰炸，大量死去的冤魂使东京的破坏之魔加藤复活。日本力界的指导人物高僧阿弥光凰想用灵力救出快要失败的日本，施展法力时加藤突然出现，计划落空。拥有灵力的青年男女中村和雪子，为了保护东京，和军队都不能抵挡的加藤展开了决斗

　　导演Franck Richard 第一次触电长片便是这部《La Meute》。该片集科幻与恐怖、神怪与惊悚于一体。被影片联合导演Franck Ribière称为“神怪西部片”。
　　Franck Richard在《La Meute》中糅合了各种类型和风格 :“从童年时代起，我就非常喜爱类型片。这个名字今天被误读了，在以前它并不单纯指恐怖片，而是包罗万象，既包括动作片，也包括神怪片、侦探片和探险片。”
　　在一个边陲小镇，Charlotte 接受了Max 的搭车要求。他们在一家路边餐厅用餐。餐厅老板是神秘的Spack。Max 去洗手间后始终未见身影。担心不已的Charlotte试图找回Max ，但遭 Spack 劫持，并即将成为他们像宠物一样供养的吃人娃娃的大餐。影片主要演员有坎城影后Emilie Dequenne，恺撒影后Yolande Moreau和 Benjamin Biolay。

　　A night of unimaginable terror awaits twelve-year-old, Bobby, and his best friend, Kevin, when they are abducted on their way home from school.
　　Managing to escape his confines, Bobby navigates the dark halls, praying his presence goes unnoticed as he avoids his captor at every turn. Even worse is the arrival of another deranged stranger, whose mysterious arrangement with the kidnapper may spell certain doom for Kevin.
　　With no means of calling for help and miles of dark country in every direction, Bobby approaches a difficult crossroad: take his chances in the fields, or find a means to free his friend. Unable to leave Kevin behind, Bobby embarks on a rescue mission, determined to get them both out alive… or die trying.

　　Constantly on the hunt and suffering from hallucinations that drive his violent nature, an unnamed man is capturing women and savagely beating them to death. Meanwhile, a woman is luring men into a violent end, by way of her knife. Driven by the same force to make the opposite sex suffer, the killers’ fates intertwine. The two must face off in a battle to the death, in which they are forced to reveal the horrible truth behind their addiction to murder.
　　“Brutal” takes an interesting approach to its visuals, drawing heavy influence from Western “Grindhouse” films, using a filter to make the footage appear grainy, damaged, and with light and color fluctuations. Unfortunately, the visual styling ends up feeling misguided, as other than applying the filter it does not imitate any other aspects of the “Grindhouse” genre. Despite trying to dirty up the film, it is apparent it was shot on digital. The cinematography is also a step above most “Grindhouse” productions, with Takashi Hirose proving he has talent behind the camera. Exterior shots to those taking place in small spaces are all competently framed, lit, and transition well. The decision to add an effect on top of the work hurts the film’s imagery and even gives a sense of desperation to try to capture a certain type of nostalgia with the audience, instead of relying on its own strengths. It is unfortunate when one creative choice can hurt a production so much.
　　The story of “Brutal” is simple but effective, it does attempt some sort of social commentary about the violent nature of men and women, but it does not offer enough depth into the subject to justify the amount of violence on display. The film does end on a strong note with an interesting twist, with a reveal that is bound to gross some out, while giving others a chuckle. In spite of its simple nature, those who enjoy films that make them somewhat uncomfortable and enjoy the challenge of getting through some ultra-violence, “Brutal” poses a fun and entertaining challenge in that regard.

　　讲述当全世界都在寻找一种可以治愈灾难性病毒的方法时，一名科学家和一名公园侦察员，便在森林深处冒险进行常规设备运行。一整夜，他们的旅程变成了穿越黑暗之心的恐怖旅程，森林环绕着他们疯狂生长。

　　音乐人布莱德（罗伊·卡奇恩 Rory Cochrane 饰）和OL妻子莱希（玛丽·麦科马克 Mary McCormack 饰）是一对生活在洛杉矶近郊的夫妇。在一个平凡的早晨，莱希例行前往市中心上班，布莱德却通过电台得知比华利山发生数次爆炸。市中心上空硝烟弥漫，人们四处逃窜，通讯也相继中断，布莱德无法和妻子取得联系。在这个焦急情况下，布莱德不顾危险前去寻找妻子。此时整个城市陷入混乱和瘫痪，犯罪横行，有毒气体弥漫。由于警方戒备森严，布莱德不得不囿居家中，堵住房间的缝隙。打开门便意味着死亡，即使莱希回来他也无济于事，只好坐等生死的审判……
　　本片荣获2006年圣丹斯电影节最佳摄影奖。

　　本作脚本出自青岛武和泷本智行之手，讲述了一同经历过年少时期的3位少年在度过25岁之时，因调查某件杀人事件而分别以刑警、嫌疑人和被害者再度相遇，追溯事件的真相以及内心深处封印的禁忌过去。而与三人有着千丝万缕联系的案件真相、一段讳莫如深的过往，也将在调查过程中逐渐浮出水面。
　　在片中，冈田准一饰演的四方笃为了逃避过去而成为了刑警，但因杀人事件为契机又直面了自己的过往，小栗旬饰演四方的旧友以及杀人事件中浮出水面的嫌疑人田所启太，柄本明将饰演田所的青梅竹马以及事件的被害者川端悟。长泽雅美饰演四方的妻子，田所的妻子由木村文乃饰演，西田尚美饰演川端的妻子。

　　百万美元酒店是一座汇聚了三教九流的酒店，这里有着各色各样的人物。一天，一名青年从酒店楼上跳楼自杀了，FBI探员史金纳（梅尔•吉布森 Mel Gibson 饰）奉命来到酒店调查。面对各色各样并不好惹的人，史金纳利用手段拉拢了酒店的智障住户汤姆（杰瑞米•戴维斯 Jeremy Davies 饰）和另一个住户妓女艾易丝（米拉•乔沃维奇 Milla Jovovich 饰）帮助调查。
　　原本平平无奇的案情，却因死者是传媒大亨的儿子而变得扑朔迷离。原本对此漠不关心的住客们，为了能从死者父亲那里获得一点好处，而各执一词，对案件做出各种各样的假设，其实多数是不着边际的谎话。而汤姆由于不是心甘情愿地帮助史金纳，出于道义他隐瞒了案子的内情。面对这种情形，史金纳也措手不及。为了理清案情，他只能使出“非常手段”。
